Bio:

Alfonso Varona’s current research is on contemporary Mexican Theatre written by women. Other interest areas Latin American literature in general, with an emphasis on Mexican prose narrative and cinema. This semester he is teaching advanced composition (SPAN 3240 W), Latin American Theatre (SPAN 3260) and SPAN 1003.
